About the role
Overview
The On-Site Scheduler is responsible for running the day-to-day activity for on-site collection projects. They lead study participants through the process from start to finish and collect all the information needed from participants.
Familiarity with MacBooks, ability to use basic software applications, experience with digital cameras, and willingness to commute to the on-site location?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with participants to confirm the date and time of the study
- Greets and briefs study participants upon arrival
- Gathers signed consent and NDA forms from study participants.
- Collects study participants'' demographic data and payment info and updates this information in an Excel tracker.
- Submit payment details for processing upon completion
- Additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- General knowledge of online communication.
- Ability to follow directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks without degradation in quality.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset.
- Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment.
Candidate must have laptop and own vehicle.
Work schedule: candidate should be comfortable working for these timings.
M-F: 4-10 PM Sat & Sun: 9AM to 5 PM
Duration: 3+ months
