Overview

You will design future-proof platforms that make AI-driven decisions usable in companies operationally. You will work on orchestration and agent solutions as well as integrations into existing system landscapes. You will use modern technology groups such as Python-based AI stacks, container and orchestration techniques, as well as graph and search technologies to generate data-driven recommendations. Your Tasks

• Develop scalable orchestration modules for agent-based workflows and interfaces to data sources
• Implement integrations with internal systems via REST APIs and secure data pipelines
• Implement production standards for CI/CD, monitoring, and observability
• Optimize retrieval and search processes using graph and vector technologies
• Work on securing runtime environments and develop practical guardrails for data protection and quality
• Support evaluation cycles for LLM-related components and improve automatic error detection
• Coordinate alignments with internal interfaces from technology, product, and quality

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in the IT field
• Several years of experience in software development with a focus on Python-based solutions
• Practical experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes
• Knowledge of LLM concepts, retrieval mechanics (RAG), and observability
• Experience with graph databases and vector search or comparable search technologies
• Work in a structured, responsible, and team-oriented manner; German and English language skills
