Overview

You will work in an agile team on the intelligence layer of our data landscape, building AI-capable data products that support real decisions. You will design scalable data architectures and ensure that different source systems are merged into a reliable data foundation. Your focus will be on modern pipeline and platform technologies as well as graph and vector approaches for AI applications. Your Tasks

• Develop and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with tools from the data platform environment such as Spark, Airflow, dbt and cloud integration components
• Design and maintain curated data models and semantic layers for analytical and AI-driven use cases
• Implement and expand solutions based on graph technologies and vector stores for embeddings and retrieval
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance through monitoring, testing, and documentation
• Coordinate the integration of various source systems such as ERP, CRM, or cloud data sources via high-performance interfaces
• Support cross-departmental projects, develop technical specifications, and create status reports for stakeholders

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in computer science, data engineering, or business informatics
• Several years of practical experience in data engineering or similar data functions, ideally with a focus on AI-supported solutions
• Proficient in SQL and Python and familiar with modern platform and pipeline technologies
• Experience with graph databases and data modeling in complex system landscapes
• Knowledge of identity resolution, data lineage, and data governance as well as monitoring strategies
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and good communication with various internal interfaces
