Data Platform Support Engineer - W2

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Platform Support Engineer to provide L3 Production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph. This role is responsible for ensuring platform stability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) and Azure Databricks
• Advanced knowledge of PySpark, including debugging and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with TigerGraph (GSQL, data loaders, schema design, and query optimization)
• Strong SQL skills and experience in data troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and Git version control
