The Specialist will lead the development, configuration, and optimization of OneTrust modules to support the organization's privacy, compliance, and risk programs. This role requires hands-on technical expertise across all OneTrust modules and the ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into functional platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance multiple OneTrust modules (e.g., Privacy Management, Data Mapping, Consent, DPIA, Vendor Risk, Incident Management).
• Develop workflows, automation, integrations, assessments, and templates within OneTrust.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Legal, and IT teams to implement and operationalize governance workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform platform testing, and manage ongoing improvements.
• Create documentation and provide functional support to end users.

Skills & Qualifications

• OneTrust Certified Professional with hands-on development experience across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of privacy frameworks (GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, ISO 27701).
• Experience with system configuration, API integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
