About Position and details

• Role: Data Program Manager- Data & Cloud
• Location: Paris, France
• Mode: Hybrid
• Employment Type: Permanent role
• Language: Fluency in French speaking

As part of the expansion of our Data & Cloud Transformation practice, we are looking for a Data Program Manager to lead a strategic data platform modernization program.

This high‑visibility role combines large‑scale program delivery leadership, senior client relationship management, data governance responsibilities, and coordination of international on‑site / offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of a complex, multi‑year data transformation program
• Define and drive the data platform migration and modernization strategy
• Establish and run program governance (WSR, steering committees, executive reporting, KPIs)
• Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and dependency management
• Act as the primary on‑site client point of contact, engaging senior Business, IT, Data, and Architecture leaders
• Ensure alignment with banking regulatory requirements and data governance standards
• Oversee complex data environments with multiple upstream and downstream systems
• Lead and coordinate international on‑site / offshore teams, working through offshore delivery leaders

Required Profile

• 12+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in Data Transformation
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale data programs in banking environments
• Strong knowledge of Data‑as‑a‑Product, Data Mesh, integration patterns, and legacy data platform migrations to the cloud
• Solid understanding of banking, regulatory constraints, and data governance challenges
• Ability to engage with senior management, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams while ensuring strong operational execution
• Recognized leader with excellent executive‑level stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in highly regulated and demanding environments
