Data Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale data measurement programs for product or user experience outcomes.
• Query and manipulate data using SQL or similar languages to extract insights and trends.
• Create compelling presentations to influence product teams.
• Analyze engineering metrics related to software or hardware products.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Present complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
• Drive initiatives to completion with minimal guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience querying and manipulating data using SQL or similar database query languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS, Stata, MATLAB).
• Experience designing and scaling data measurement programs.
• Experience analyzing engineering metrics for software or hardware products.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with machine learning and data visualization.
• Stakeholder management skills.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $85.00 to $108.48 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
