About the role
POSITION SUMMARY
- Works closely with the Data Process manager and Director of IT-Applications to manage implementations, integrations, and reporting projects and requirements.
- Organizes meetings with internal business partners to define project scope, timelines, and requests for deliverables.
- Operates as a subject matter expert on core enterprise system infrastructure.
- Works with cross‑functional business partners to ensure that business processes are aligned with enterprise implementations efforts.
- Identifies opportunities for business process automation projects that support strategic enterprise objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work with team leadership to align enterprise projects and team data projects with corporate strategic goals.
- Coordinate and manage multiple data‑centric and business process automation projects.
- Create and manage project and data process documentation for system artifacts.
- Maintain system for project and data process asset versioning.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Database Manager to define and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
- Work with team developers and analysts in the project planning and solutions design process, gathering clear and concise requirements to guide development efforts.
- Implement and maintain data validation and quality checks for data integrity and provide support for integration and retention of new data sources.
- Coordinate documentation efforts for enterprise data architecture and system processes that support business workflows.
- Meet with business partners to define key performance indicators relevant to track for reporting.
- Translate technical findings into business‑friendly language.
- Facilitate user training as follow‑on support for implementation projects.
- Provide application testing documentation.
- Conduct application testing.
- Provide application testing documentation.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend team strategic planning sessions as needed.
- Analyze and map current data structures to new system requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging analytical tools, AI trends, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Project Management, or other related discipline.
Further Training
- Project management or certification preferred.
- Awareness of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of five years of overall progressive broad‑based business and information systems experience, including hands‑on ERP applications and project implementation experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a project management or project data analyst role.
- Experience in the design and documentation of business reports using Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting.
- Experience leading data governance and data process improvement projects.
Computer Skills
- PC proficiency to include (but not limited to) Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge with SQL Server and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization software.
- Strong understanding of software infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques to assess data.
- Expertise with Yardi Voyager preferred.
Mobility
- Occasional travel to other company locations and industry conferences.
