ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a trusted Canadian organization that partners with hospitals and healthcare facilities across the country to optimize equipment management, supplier performance, and service delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and execution of data quality, validation, and integrity frameworks across core systems.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, ingestion processes, and synchronization across enterprise platforms.
- Drive data cleansing, normalization, and transformation efforts to improve reliability and usability.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, definitions, and control mechanisms.
- Manage and optimize Azure SQL database environments, including Dataverse, with a focus on integrity, performance, and operational reliability.
- Support business teams with trusted data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reporting structures.
- Troubleshoot data issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Support system integrations across Microsoft enterprise platforms, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen data architecture and reporting confidence.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
- 5+ years of experience in database management, data quality, or data operations.
- Proven experience working with relational databases and data integrity management.
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics environments in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated success in improving data quality and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with Microsoft enterprise applications and data platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, controls, and best practices.
- Advanced experience with SQL, data modelling, and database performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including datasets and data models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical data issues into clear business insights.

- You must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be legally allowed to work in Canada.
