Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rastede for a Data Research Analyst. The Data Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market and data research, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights. Daily tasks include collecting, organizing, and evaluating data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-departmental teams, as well as consistently identifying industry trends and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Data Research and Market Research to gather and evaluate industry-related information.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret and visualize data effectively.
• Effective Communication skills for presenting findings clearly and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar); experience with market research databases is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or familiarity with capital markets will be an asset.
