Responsibilities

• You actively shape our pricing strategy - with a view to competition and our corporate goals, ensuring we lead the market.
• Together with our divisional actuarial departments, you steer the company's profitability.
• You build and develop a high-performance market monitoring system to enable data-driven and transparent pricing decisions.
• You develop smart, dynamic models that flexibly react to market changes and customer behavior.
• You use modern analysis and optimization tools to make our pricing even more efficient and precise.
• You contribute your expertise to cross-departmental projects on new data sources, digitalization, and modeling solutions, actively driving them forward.
• You lead and develop your team visibly: through coaching, clear goals, regular feedback, targeted training, and fostering technical excellence in pricing.

Profile

• A successfully completed degree in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Data Science, or a comparable field; training as a DAV actuary is a plus.
• Several years of experience in pricing and market analysis, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Proficient in statistical methods, analysis tools, dynamic models, and optimization techniques.
• Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking, a structured way of working, as well as presentation skills and project management experience.
• Strong leadership skills: You communicate clearly, act empathetically and decisively, and handle conflicts professionally.
