Your mission is to build intelligent solutions to better understand our audiences, inform creative and editorial decisions, and maximize the impact of our content across distribution platforms.

• Audience Intelligence: Build tools to understand audience behaviors and preferences, content trends, and guide creative and editorial choices.
• YouTube Optimization: Develop AI‑powered solutions to improve publication performance (SEO, metadata, thumbnails, titles, descriptions) and maximize the value of our existing catalog.
• LLM Integration into Creative Workflows: Deploy language models within internal tools to assist creative and editorial teams.
• Data Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain the data ingestion and transformation pipelines these solutions require.
