Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex incentive models, performance metrics, calculation logic, and advanced analytics frameworks
- Integrate data from multiple sources and lead the transition of existing Alteryx workflows into scalable, automated solutions using AWS Redshift and related technologies
- Develop and maintain automated email generation pipelines producing 750K+ personalized HTML emails per month
- Build and deploy serverless microservices (Lambda, API Gateway) for lightweight data collection and automation tasks
- Build and support backend systems and data integration processes for the new web‑based incentive portal
- Standardize incentive structures and performance analytics across sales channels
- Optimize data pipelines, data models, and backend processes to improve scalability, performance, and data integrity
- Develop dashboards, reports, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analytics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical and analytical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, modeling, and performance issues
- Work in an AI‑first development environment – using AI coding assistants (Kiro, Copilot) daily for code generation, debugging, and data exploration. Contribute to building AI‑augmented automation pipelines.
- Work flexibly across analytics and development tasks in a dynamic, agile environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications
- Expert‑level SQL skills (T‑SQL and/or Redshift SQL), including complex query writing, stored procedure development, performance tuning, and data modeling
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, transformation, automation, and building serverless functions (AWS Lambda)
- Experience designing and developing data integration processes, data models, and backend systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with AWS Redshift and S3 in cloud data environments
- Ability to transform business requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, agile environment with shifting requirements
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex analyses and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- 7+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, incentive/performance modeling, or related technical development roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in telecommunications, cable industry, sales incentives, or commission structures
- Experience building or maintaining web‑based analytics portals or applications
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Prior use of AI tools for coding, modeling, or workflow automation
