Responsibilities

• Personalize customer communication: Optimization through data-driven analyses and valuable insights.
• Unlock the data world: Structured use of our complex data landscape at R+V.
• Analyze customer portfolio: Identification of connections and potentials.
• Identify market opportunities: Derivation of targeted recommendations for action.
• Apply methods: Practical use of statistical procedures and AI-supported approaches.
• Develop CRM: Focus on marketing automation and efficient scaling of customer outreach.

Profile / Requirements

• Analytical enthusiasm: Studies in mathematics, data science, physics, computer science, or a related field.
• Practical experience: Professional experience in an analytical environment, especially in data science and working with complex data structures.
• Technical knowledge: Proficient in SQL, ideally complemented by knowledge of SAS and Python.
• Mastering complexity: Ability to clearly structure complex relationships and present them understandably.
• Strong cooperation: Strong team and communication skills, a goal-oriented way of working, and very good German language skills.
