Your Role

We are looking for an analytically skilled Data Expert (m/f/d) CRM who evaluates customer data, develops data-driven marketing strategies, and drives personalized user experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Analysis and further development of customer interactions along the entire customer journey
• Evaluation and optimization of marketing campaigns, including performance measurement and testing
• Development of data-based segmentation and personalization approaches
• Use and optimization of machine learning models for targeted customer engagement
• Preparation and analysis of large amounts of data from various system landscapes
• Derivation of concrete recommendations for action for marketing and CRM measures
• Close collaboration with departments such as IT, Analytics, and Product Teams

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable
• Practical experience in handling CRM data and analysis tools (BI)
• Knowledge in data processing, analysis, and ideally in building ML models
• Experience in handling large amounts of data and complex data structures
• Advantageous: Knowledge in the retail sector or in cloud/data platforms
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to present results understandably
• Very good German language skills
