The Role:

As a passionate advocate for Information Protection and Compliance, you'll leverage the Proofpoint Information Protection suite to drive compliance objectives. Your work will involve interacting with both business leaders and technical teams at large enterprises to strengthen their information protection strategies. You will lead the implementation of our Information Protection Suite, clarifying customer objectives and recommending solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their workflows and emerging as a trusted advisor.
• Driving complex implementations in coordination with the customer's information security requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
• Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and project completions.
• Mentoring colleagues to enhance their technical and project management skills.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years in Professional Services Consulting or a similar role, preferably in Data Loss Prevention.
• Deep understanding of Information Protection and Compliance.
• Experience with data protection tools such as Proofpoint Email DLP, Cloud DLP, and Endpoint DLP.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with creating and interpreting Regular Expressions is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
