About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data and Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to our business units by leveraging data analytics, software support, and electronic work packages across diverse nuclear projects. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, including planning, training, and execution phases. The role involves conducting risk analysis and generating reports related to safety, quality, production, and costs, ensuring project efficiency and compliance. Reporting directly to the Manager of Data and Systems Analysis, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, process improvements, and supporting the deployment of advanced data solutions.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analytics or project engineering within a construction or EPC environment
  • Proficiency with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Excel
  • Fundamental knowledge of gateway applications related to BI platforms
  • Experience in designing and implementing databases to support business operations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to independently plan, schedule, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel to remote work sites as required

Responsibilities

  • Collect, manage, and interpret data to identify trends and support project decision-making
  • Develop series modeling based on data gathering techniques and establish automated workflows for modeling
  • Apply statistical and process analysis techniques independently to support project planning, training, and execution
  • Support projects and divisions in identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
  • Create reports, procedures, and processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients and project teams
  • Collaborate with vendors for the development, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade of software systems
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on new software and technological tools to the nuclear division
  • Gain expertise in specific software applications, becoming a subject matter expert in selected tools
  • Manage your own schedule effectively, coordinating with team members and stakeholders
  • Travel to remote work sites as needed to support project execution
