We are looking for a Data Validation Engineer Product Configuration (w/m/d) for the Kufstein area as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• You work closely with Engineering, IT, and Product Management and contribute significantly to the quality and stability of product data in the environment of complex technical products.
• You compare and validate product configurations between different systems and identify deviations at the item and bill of materials level.
• You analyze data structures, especially bills of materials and master data, to identify inconsistencies and prepare them in a comprehensible manner.
• You create and execute test cases and validations using Excel or comparable tools.
• You document results in a structured manner, report deviations, and coordinate with the relevant departments to find solutions.
• You actively support the improvement of data quality, processes, and validation logic.

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical or commercial training or comparable practical experience
• Experience in data validation, ideally in an industrial environment
• Very good Excel skills, especially in data comparison and Pivot Tables
• Experience with product configuration tools, ideally Tacton CPQ and Oracle EBS or comparable systems
• Sound understanding of bills of materials and item structures
• Analytical thinking skills and high attention to detail
• Structured way of working and strong documentation skills
• Experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automotive, or a comparable industrial environment
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage
