Our Technical Support Operations Division is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst, responsible for designing new approaches to analytics for strategic use across the Technical Support business. This role will build reports and analytics that provide key business intelligence and insights used for data driven decision making. Possesses a strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability to know how to develop, explore, analyze, and present data and solutions to a business audience.

As a Data Visualization Analyst, you will perform the following key responsibilities:

• Takes a proactive, consultative approach to analytics. Asks the right questions of the data and makes proactive recommendations aligned to overall business strategy.
• Builds high-end analytic models, utilizing supervised and unsupervised learning models, to support decision makers with data driven insights that address immediate business problems and objectives.
• Collaborates with Technical Support Operations and Leadership to prepare and manipulate structured and unstructured data for data discovery and mining from multiple disparate resources.
• Provides project leadership on quality program requests, including; report development, testing and communications to stakeholders, etc.
• Performs data analysis from multiple data sources and builds reports for projects such as executive dashboards, customer journey analytics, business impact analysis, workload balancing, case management quality, knowledge lifecycle and customer engagement efficiency, etc.
• Prepares, communicates and presents analysis and insights to internal customers and executive management with collaboration to create recommendations.
• Contributes to the efforts of building and maintaining a comprehensive reporting and tracking strategy for optimal operational performance.
• Evaluates business needs and improves efficiencies and capabilities through the use of technology. This includes automation and improvement to operational processes aligned to the strategy of improving overall analytics.
• Displays curiosity to learn more and consistently uses new found knowledge in work setting.

Required qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional Role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
• An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
• SAS Visual Analytics
• SAS Programming, SAS Data Management, SQL or use of relevant data cleansing tool experience necessary
• Solid understanding of fundamental data concepts (table joins, data deduplication, Boolean logic, if/then logic)
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to relate technical concepts and data analysis to a business audience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interactions and exposure to team members, and key leadership within division
