Your Tasks

• Conception and design of modern database environments in complex projects
• Analysis and optimization of databases at the database and application level, considering backup and recovery concepts
• Technical consulting for our customers on the development of sustainable database and service solutions
• Independent implementation of projects in the database environment
• Knowledge transfer internally and externally

Your Profile

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) and several years of experience in the database environment
• Sound knowledge in the administration of PostgreSQL and ideally other database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Redis)
• Interest in database automation and experience with technologies such as Ansible or Helm
• Knowledge in the area of Kubernetes, containerized databases, and infrastructure topics such as storage, network, and backup
• Team-oriented personality with high initiative and interest in continuous professional development, as well as ideally initial contact with data streaming services (e.g., Kafka, AMQ Streams)
