Please note: This position is contingent upon contract award and availability. Selected candidates will receive a conditional offer that based on successful contract award, position availability, and procurement authorization.

Position Details

This role is fully onsite in Fort Meade, MD and requires an active TS/SCI clearance or higher.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the outlined tasks.
• Utilize analytical skills to drive process improvements, conduct specialized studies, and define requirements.
• Engage in analysis, planning, requirements documentation, functional model building, procedures development, and architectural design.
• Exhibit expertise in the relevant specialty area.

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD up to five days a week depending on customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree can replace two years of experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the functional area.
• 10 years of cumulative experience with relational and cloud-based databases.
• Strong background in database development and software engineering.
• Proficient in database design and data modeling.
• Experience in requirements analysis and generation.
• Capability in developing software and systems architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience with Enterprise DB.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience with PostgreSQL.
• Demonstrated success in developing automated installation scripts.
• Proficient in developing database solutions in a multi-tiered environment.
