Databricks Solution Architect

About

We’re looking to hire a Databricks Solution Architect for tier-1 financial institution in Singapore.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape and scale a modern Data & AI platform powering critical business functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive Databricks Lakehouse adoption across the enterprise
• Define data platform strategy, governance, and best practices
• Enable and scale AI/ML and GenAI use cases
• Lead performance optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
• Deep expertise in Apache Spark (PySpark/Scala), SQL, and Python
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Data Engineer
• Experience in enterprise / regulated environments (BFSI preferred)
• Databricks Professional Certification (mandatory)
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI workloads is a strong advantage
