  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain visualizations and reporting tools to support decision making across project and program teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Support project controls efforts by monitoring progress, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to corrective action planning
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports including project status updates, KPI tracking, and risk summaries for stakeholders
  • Assist with governance documentation including updating procedures, workflows, and system related guidelines
  • Provide user support for PMIS tools, helping troubleshoot issues and improve adoption across teams
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with established program standards and reporting requirements

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, project controls, business analysis, or a related role within construction or infrastructure environments
  • Experience working with PMIS platforms such as Kahua, eBuilder, Procore, or similar systems is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and translate it into meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with project controls concepts including cost tracking, scheduling, and performance metrics
  • Experience working in structured environments with defined governance processes and documentation standards
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non technical teams
  • Experience supporting projects involving major transportation agencies such as the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, or similar entities is highly preferred
