Data/Business Analyst{ECommerce/Retail]

About the Role

A leading e-commerce organization is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to support its Direct Fulfillment (Dropship) operations across the MENA region. This role involves working directly with vendors and carriers to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, resolve logistics issues, and drive performance improvements within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendors with day‑to‑day operational activities under the Direct Fulfillment model.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and carriers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Define, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead the onboarding and configuration of new carriers and streamline carrier‑warehouse processes.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and on‑site visits to vendors as needed.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Meet weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Project Management Experience
• Strong Experience in Business Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Experience in managing carrier or vendor relationships in a fulfillment environment.
