You will directly engage with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to guide high-stakes projects involving tokenization, encryption, and AI applications in security. With a hybrid schedule in Mississauga, your technical leadership will drive advancements and compliance across various systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year technical roadmap for the DSP platform
• Write production code for high-risk subsystems
• Define engineering standards and oversight for projects
• Lead research and prototype designs for risk mitigation
• Represent architecture to enterprise customers and auditors

Requirements

• 15+ years in software engineering, 5+ as Chief Architect
• Deep expertise in Java and at least two additional languages
• Proven experience in building security products
• Hands-on knowledge of applied AI/ML in real-world systems
• Strong leadership in guiding principal engineers through technical challenges
