Your Responsibilities
- You will develop and optimize data pipelines, such as connecting new data sources, and implement solutions using modern data engineering tools.
- You will be responsible for the conception of data models and support their development.
- As the primary point of contact for data pipelines, you will optimize performance, analyze errors, and resolve them.
- You will manage projects for the further development of the data warehouse and data landscape, and shape the system landscape – conceptually and technically.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Sound experience in Data Engineering (data flow, data enrichment, data consolidation, transformation).
- Knowledge of at least one common database system (DB2, MSSQL, Exasol, Oracle).
- At least two years of experience in developing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
- Very good knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python).
- Very good German language skills, at least C1 level.

Requirements
- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Data-Engineering (Datenfluss, Datenanreicherung, Datenkonsolidierung, Transformation).
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einem gängigen Datenbanksystem (DB2, MSSQL, Exasol, Oracle).
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von CI/CD Pipelines (z.B. GitLab).
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL sowie in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z.B. Python).
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens auf C1-Level.
Responsibilities
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren die Daten-Pipelines wie z.B. die Anbindung neuer Datenquellen und setzen Lösungen mithilfe moderner Data-Engineering-Werkzeuge um.
- Sie verantworten die Konzeption von Datenmodellen und unterstützen deren Aufbau.
- Als erster Ansprechpartner (a) für die Daten-Pipelines optimieren Sie die Performance, analysieren Fehler & beheben diese.
- Sie steuern Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Data Warehouse und der Datenlandschaft und gestalten die Systemlandschaft mit – konzeptionell und technisch.
