What to expect daily

  • Support to business development;
  • Develop and maintain business contacts with prospects and clients;
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet client needs regarding insurance and risk management;
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with colleagues in Aon's international network;
  • Collaborate in negotiations with insurers and maintain good relationships with them;
  • Support for the management of a global insurance portfolio;
  • Support for the timely renewal process of guarantees;
  • Ensure the accuracy of insurance contracts;
  • Support the account manager in keeping clients informed of new products, new guarantees, and market trends;
  • Respond to client needs and develop a rapport with them to solidify the relationship with Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree recently completed in a relevant field;
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written;
  • French/English bilingualism is required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or collaborators based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces, and/or abroad;
  • Developed interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite software.
