The Role

We are seeking a Deal Sourcing Analyst to support the identification and initial evaluation of new opportunities. This role is a key part of the acquisition process. You will be responsible for reviewing a high volume of opportunities, identifying the most relevant deals, and maintaining a structured and reliable pipeline. You will work directly with the U.S.-based team, gaining exposure to real-time decision-making and a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real estate platforms and deal sources on a daily basis (CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, auction platforms)
• Review and screen opportunities based on defined criteria
• Prepare clear, concise summaries of potential deals
• Maintain and update the deal pipeline and tracking systems
• Conduct research on properties, ownership, and local markets
• Support outreach initiatives, including owner and broker tracking
• Ensure timely follow-up and organization across all incoming opportunities

Candidate Profile

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, research, or a related analytical role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process information quickly
• Solid understanding of basic financial concepts
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

Preferred:

• Experience with platforms such as CoStar, Crexi, or LoopNet
• Exposure to U.S. real estate or investment-related work
• Background in brokerage, research, or deal analysis

Working Structure

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Remote role based in India (candidates must be located in India)
• Daily collaboration with the U.S.-based team in Orlando, Florida
• Work schedule partially aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
