Your Role

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for ongoing accounts receivable accounting together with the team and contribute to the efficient management of our receivables processes. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and external customers and support the assurance of smooth payment transactions.

Your Tasks

  • Independent processing of accounts receivable accounting
  • Booking and reconciliation of incoming payments
  • Carrying out dunning procedures and monitoring open receivables
  • Clarification of payment differences and reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and evaluations
  • Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system (Oracle Cloud Financials / OCF)
  • Participation in the optimization of existing processes during the current transformation or transition phase

What You Bring

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or similar, commercial training or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting or accounting
  • Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Structured, careful, and independent way of working
  • Team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as English skills at B1 level minimum
  • Proactive approach and interest in optimizing and standardizing processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Experience with OCF (Oracle Cloud Financials) is desirable, but not essential
