About Our Company
Our client is an internationally active family business based in the east of Munich, specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality hydraulic components and system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable Management: Recording and managing all transactions of our customer accounts in SAP.
- Receivables Management: Processing dunning procedures, preparing documents for out-of-court and judicial dunning proceedings, and monitoring and following up on insolvency proceedings.
- Credit Management: Credit checks, assessments, monitoring, credit limit calculations, and handling of receivables insurance.
- Intercompany Account Reconciliation with partner companies.
- Balance sheet valuations, accruals, and provisions within the scope of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code).
- Key figure preparation and creation of monthly reporting.
- Contact person for other departments within the company.
- Optimization and further development of workflows and processes in accounts receivable accounting in collaboration with other departments.
- Support of system-related processes, including the creation of change requests and work instructions, as well as verification of successful implementation.
- Preparation and support for the annual audit - contact person for auditors.
Profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- Professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable accounting.
- Very good IT skills in SAP and MS Office.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Quick comprehension, strong numerical understanding combined with conscientiousness and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and an independent, structured, and team-oriented way of working.
