About

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be our primary point of contact for outgoing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Processing daily business transactions in accounts receivable accounting
• Handling all accounting activities in the subject area
• Carrying out dunning procedures
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Securing risks in cooperation with factoring companies & credit insurers
• Supporting receivables management for customers in the EU and third countries
• Posting account transactions
• Account reconciliation and master data maintenance
• Customer contact for dunning open items
• Obtaining credit checks and credit assessments
• Dealer support and assistance with financial matters
• Creating statistics and evaluations
• Participating in cross-departmental projects
• Preparatory work for month-end closing
• Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Accounting

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in accounting
• Ability to think in commercial contexts
• Routine handling of MS Office programs
• Very good command of the German language; confident English
• Team player
• Structured and independent way of working
