Deductions & Dispute Specialist

Accountivity is seeking a Deductions & Dispute Specialist for a temporary position. You will manage customer deductions, review documentation, and work closely with retailers, especially Home Hardware. The role demands meticulous dispute tracking and root cause analysis to enhance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer deductions and disputes efficiently
• Review and submit invoices and claims documentation
• Liaise directly with retailers on Home Hardware account issues
• Track aging deductions and maintain accurate records
• Recommend process improvements for recurring disputes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of deductions/dispute management experience
• Proficient handling of Home Hardware deductions
• Experience with invoice validation and claims resolution
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
• ERP system experience with AS 400 or GetPaid
