About the role
About the Role
As an experienced line manager, your role will primarily focus on supporting the growth of the delivery organization in India for a global Swiss bank. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Driving delivery, quality, and productivity in global delivery teams, actively supporting new business growth
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
- Initiating and driving the recruitment process, tracking hiring pipeline, and focusing on client satisfaction while managing client expectations
- Liaising with project teams and internal/external stakeholders, with potential for further growth
- Providing leadership with overall responsibility for team motivation, resource planning, procedures, coaching, and team/project performance
- Offering daily operational support to the team, addressing staff queries, feedback, and assistance, and implementing actions to achieve business/personal goals
- Ensuring the sharing of best practices, business domain knowledge, and exploiting synergies between teams, while managing risk and attrition
- Collaborating closely with Luxoft Customer Success Manager to achieve project's business goals
- Monitoring and measuring the mood of team members and ensuring effective support
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role related to staff and client management (5+ years)
- Proven experience of sustaining a team size of 50+ FTE, preferably in an outsourcing/offshore setup
- Ability to efficiently communicate with team members, customer representatives, and senior management
- Pro‑activeness, responsiveness, strong soft skills, and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Delivering innovative solutions for team morale and ability to speak to large audiences to explain formulated solutions
- Understanding of SDLC and hands‑on experience in Vendor/Client management
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Experience in finance, banking, or telecom area
- AI literacy, prompt engineering
- Habit of using corporate AI tools while maintaining Ethical AI guardrails
