Your Responsibilities

• Focus & Responsibility: You work in a dedicated team with product responsibility – for ERP, payroll, or production.
• Code with Substance: You develop with Delphi 12 on an application with almost 9 million lines of code – and always keep quality in mind.
• Active Shaping: You implement user stories, take over error analysis, maintenance, and the further development of existing components.
• Teamwork & Agility: You work closely with colleagues from development, QA, and product management – using agile methods like SCRUM and OKR.
• Know-how & Further Development: You are supported by Delphi specialists and continuously develop yourself through pair programming, code reviews, and internal knowledge formats.

What You Bring

• Professional experience in development with Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 Seattle or higher)
• Interest and perseverance to work through a large and established codebase
• Enjoyment in dealing with complex problems
• Independent and structured work style as well as high quality standards for your code
• Team player, strong communication skills, and desire for exchange
• Very good German language skills (min. C1)
