Position Overview
We are looking for a Demand & Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth for GoCanvas across our Direct and embed/white‑label motions. This role blends traditional demand generation with digital marketing execution—owning the strategy, campaigns, and channels that drive high‑quality leads, ABM engagement, and top‑of‑funnel awareness.
You will plan and execute paid and organic digital programs, run targeted ABM campaigns, optimize inbound funnels, lead webinars, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to improve lead quality and funnel performance. This is an ideal role for someone who is data‑driven, creative, and energized by building full‑funnel programs that convert.
Your Most Important Initiatives
- Build and execute integrated demand‑generation programs that drive high‑quality leads across paid, organic, ABM, email, and inbound channels
- Drive qualified pipeline by optimizing targeting, messaging, landing pages, and digital conversion paths
- Support the execution of paid media channels (search, paid social, display, retargeting) and continuously optimize for ROAS and pipeline performance
- Develop new lead‑generating motions—including content‑driven campaigns, industry playbooks, gated assets, checklists, comparison guides, and problem–solution landing pages
- Lead webinar programs for prospective buyers and create nurture journeys that improve lead quality and funnel velocity
- Run targeted ABM campaigns to engage and convert high‑value OEM prospects
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear insights that improve conversion and funnel velocity
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams on creative, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization strategies
- Support SEO and AI discoverability initiatives with content recommendations and digital optimization best practice
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, or growth‑oriented marketing roles
- Proven ability to optimize paid media programs (Linked In, Google Ads, paid social)
- Hands‑on experience running ABM campaigns and managing tiered target account lists
- Experience planning and executing webinars, digital campaigns, and multi‑touch nurture programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and make optimization decisions
- Experience working with CRM and MAP platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar)
- An AI‑driven mindset—leveraging AI tools and automation to accelerate campaign execution, improve insights, and continuously increase marketing efficiency and performance
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills
- A proactive, self‑driven approach and comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth marketing environment
