We are seeking a B2B/SaaS Digital Marketing Manager to join a hyper-growth company redefining enterprise security through advanced AI-powered automation. Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll own digital demand generation, website strategy, marketing operations, and the MarTech stack. You’ll work closely with content, communications, product marketing, and design, and partner with a growing sales org to ensure marketing and sales are fully aligned.
- Report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue operations
- Build and scale the demand generation engine by launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across organic and paid search, social, and display to drive qualified pipeline
- Execute email sequences and nurture programs in HubSpot, Apollo, and other platforms to move prospects through the funnel
- Own website strategy, including SEO/AEO, user journey optimization, and conversion rate improvement
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to clearly show performance, insights, and opportunities
- Implement multi-touch attribution to measure and demonstrate marketing’s impact on revenue
- Track and analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Own HubSpot and the broader MarTech stack, optimizing for lead management, automation, and reporting
- Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and lead quality
- Establish the infrastructure for a scalable, repeatable revenue marketing engine
Skills / Experience Required
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with data-driven B2B platforms in enterprise or mid-market sales environments
- Performance marketing and client acquisition/retention experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Familiar with MarTech tools such as Clay, Optimizely, MegaAI, Clearbit, 6sense, or similar
- Exposure to ABM and PLG marketing motions
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and SaaS metrics - CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, marketing influence
- Skilled at building dashboards and reports to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience optimizing website funnels using data-driven analysis
- Must be able to work in-office 5 days/week
