Your Responsibilities:

• Fleet management of the assigned helicopter fleet
• Responsibility for technically safe operational readiness through release after maintenance measures
• Contact person for customers (Army/Air Force) as DEMAR CAMO representative, interface for ensuring availability (quality, costs, time)
• Independent planning and control of project budgets, checking feasibility and economic viability, corrective actions if necessary
• Independent management/planning/execution of maintenance and retrofitting projects with certification requirements (e.g., avionics) in DEMAR 145 organizations
• Control and monitoring of internal/external coordination for project execution, monitoring of budgets, deadlines, risks
• Daily monitoring of the MIS (Management Information System) for new complaints to identify systematic correlations and check system influences on safe operation
• Technical analysis and documentation of published manufacturer (Type Certificate (TS) & Supplemental Type Certificate (STC)) and aviation authority documentation (Airworthiness Directive (AD), Alert Service Bulletin (ASB), Service Bulletin (SB))
• Timely planning and entry of AD/ASB/SB into the MIS (initial check)
• Review and evaluation of all SBs for the type and execution of the Safety Risk Analysis
• Interface to TC/STC holders regarding technical problems and further developments
• Definition, preparation, and analysis of required data (e.g., key figures, costs) to determine fleet performance
• Development and implementation of Airbus methods/procedures through cross-departmental project work

Your Qualifications / Skills:

• Relevant, completed technical degree with a standard study duration of up to four years and related advanced specialized additional qualification, as well as at least 3 years of experience in the aviation sector
• At least 3 years of relevant vocational training in aviation and CFS Part 66 CAT B1/2 or comparable military qualification with specialized additional qualification, as well as many years of experience and further training as a master craftsman or technician or comparable, as well as several years of CAMO experience (3 years)
• Type rating on Airbus Helicopters H145 is an advantage
• Many years of professional experience in the OEM and Helicopters sector, knowledge of H-Types products and network within civil programs are an advantage
• Several years of experience in project management as well as business knowledge
• Military background or affinity within the scope of the "Bundeswehr" (German Armed Forces)
• Confident use of methods and tools in the area of Visual Management (experience or knowledge of the planning tools HIP, Envision, or SAP is an advantage)

Language Skills:

• German - fluent negotiation skills / English - fluent
