Responsibilities

• Contribute to the SBP of the GBU.
• Ensure coherence with R&T activities and innovation in product plans.
• Question MYB arbitrations on digital topics.
• Promote MVPs with the CortAIx Factory and manage their full lifecycle, from framing to delivery and operation.
• Drive the transformation of LAS products so they are software‑defined with integrated AI.
• Promote a digital continuity strategy and portability of applications across various IaaS‑PaaS solutions (internal and external).

Requirements

• BAC+5 degree.
• Experience/skills in AI, Data, IaaS‑PaaS, Build & Run.
• Large internal network within Thales.
• Ability to be a role model, challenge, and support colleagues.
• Behavioral competencies to find appropriate compromises on cross‑company topics.
• IPMA certification.
• Fluent English.
