What You Will Be Doing

Our Tool Design Manager will work with Customers and prospective clients on concept, design, and delivery of custom molds. You will also work with internal Engineering and Tool Makers to see design through completion. You will translate concept designs and sketches into fully designed concept models and production tooling.

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years experience;
• Engineering Manager or Tool Design Manager in Injection Molding environment
• strong experience in proposal development and mold delivery programs
• strong Technical background and experience working as Tooling Engineer and/or Mold Maker
• experience in plastics or silicone injection molding
• strong experience with Solidworks or similar CAD package
• understanding of GD&T mold design review, flow analysis, and FEA Simulation
• Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or Technical Discipline
