Role Description

This is a full-time Design Manager / Engineering Manager role based in Bangalore, India. The Design / Engineering Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day duties of running a small design office and oversee engineering and design projects, ensuring timely and quality execution to EU Eurocodes and standards. Responsibilities include managing and developing engineering teams, leading design initiatives, collaborating across Group companies and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership - Strong Structural Design experience ideally in Temporary Works, Scaffold and / or Formwork Design - Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking - Ability to inspire and motivate teams, aligning them with organizational objectives - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent experience) - Proficiency with relevant industry design software
