Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager with strong expertise in Electrical Infrastructure to lead end-to-end design and engineering efforts for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving design from concept to delivery, and ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering efforts from concept through construction (IFP/IFC)
• Manage design reviews, construction packages, RFIs, and permitting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Construction, R&D, Operations)
• Develop project schedules aligned with procurement and construction timelines
• Oversee MEP and infrastructure projects ensuring quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure design & construction
• Strong experience in MEP and multi-disciplinary project management
• Proven experience with IFP/IFC packages and project delivery methods
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
