Design Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of detailed project plans (objectives, tasks, resources, timelines)
• Coordination of project teams to ensure successful achievement of project goals
• Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress, including deviation analysis
• Development and implementation of mitigation measures, project risk measures, and issue management
• Active change management in case of structural or content-related project changes
• Ensuring complete and traceable project documentation
• Conducting feasibility studies based on technical data to derive process specifications
• Participation in the planning and design of production layouts and manufacturing lines, as well as steering the implementation
• Technical project coordination and alignment with clients on process and manufacturing challenges
• Planning and control of all project-related activities to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management of technical projects (product development / manufacturing environment)
• General technical understanding or technical background
• Experience in managing and coordinating project teams of varying sizes (2–25 people)
• Very good English skills are mandatory (project language)
• German skills are not mandatory
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience with MS Project or comparable project management tools is desired
• PMP certification or a comparable project management qualification is an advantage
