Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with 6–7 years of full-time experience to lead design projects across mobile and website platforms, manage teams, and work closely with clients to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for websites, mobile apps, campaign microsites, and digital products
• Manage multiple client accounts and design projects simultaneously
• Guide the team across research, wireframing, user journeys, prototyping, and final UI design
• Review design quality and ensure consistency across deliverables
• Mentor and manage junior and senior designers
• Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, strategy, tech, and servicing teams
• Present concepts, rationales, and final designs confidently in client‑facing discussions
• Drive process improvements, design thinking, and best practices within the team

Skills & Requirements

• 6–7 years of full-time UI/UX design experience
• Experience with a reputed design studio / creative digital agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and mobile design projects
• Excellent command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of tools such as FigJam, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision, Miro, Maze, Webflow/Framer, Principle, Zeplin is a plus
• Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, usability, interaction design, and prototyping
• Proven experience in team handling and client management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in client‑facing roles and fast‑paced agency environments
