Element is currently looking for a Design & Test Engineer (m/f/d) Test Laboratory at our Berlin-Adlershof location.

Responsibilities
What are your tasks
- After appropriate training in our laboratory, you will design our in-house test fixtures and test facilities in SolidWorks, from simple adaptations to complete test stands
- Creation of 3D assemblies and individual parts
- Drawing derivations in SolidWorks (manufacturing and assembly)
- FE analyses
- Basic strength design, material selection, manufacturing processes, and tolerance calculation
- Checking the installation situation and creating assembly documents
- Collaboration with project managers, customers, and suppliers
- Depending on the order situation, your support may also be required in project/test management for product qualification tests
Skills / Qualifications
This is your profile
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in a technical field
- Independent, reliable way of working
- Hands-on mentality
- Confident use of SolidWorks and the MS Office package, including MS Project
- Very good German and English skills
