As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be expected to bring a disruptive approach to your design practice, combining empathy towards users with a deep understanding of business needs. Your guerrilla-like attitude, lateral thinking skills, and ability to envision and articulate designs with agility will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a robust understanding of Graphic design and have experience in both print & digital media.
  • Support initiatives and collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of designers, brand managers, and brand strategists.
  • Work closely with UST's client team, engaging with various stakeholders such as product owners, delivery managers, product designers, brand strategists, engineering team, and content authoring team.
  • Convert customer insights into marketing campaigns by understanding customer journeys and business needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design for Web, Print, and Electronic media within the client's brand guidelines and campaign tonality.
  • Develop visuals and graphics that captivate users and enhance brand recall.
  • Innovatively follow brand guidelines to create designs that effectively communicate the brand's values.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and contribute to the team by delivering exceptional output.
  • Coordinate design activities across artistic and creative departments to ensure project goals are achieved and deadlines are met.
  • Lead by example, inspiring team members with the quality of your work and your confident articulation of design decisions.
  • Present effectively to various stakeholders, fostering collaboration, dialogue, and consensus around solutions.

Qualifications Required

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or relevant experience as a Graphic designer.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience.
  • Online portfolio showcasing recent projects (school/live) with the option to provide access during the interview.
  • Proficient in graphic design methods and techniques for print & digital media.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or advertising agency is advantageous.
