About the Role

We are looking for a high‑level designer who can think conceptually, execute flawlessly, and confidently engage with clients. This is not a junior or execution‑only role.

Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign work
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to final delivery
• Confident in client‑facing presentations and feedback sessions
• Ability to think strategically, not just execute briefs
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout

Software Requirements (Essential)

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma (essential)
• Solid understanding of digital design workflows

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

• After Effects or motion design experience
• Web design experience (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
• Agency experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conceptualise design projects from ideation through to completion
• Work directly with clients to present and refine creative solutions
• Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level designers
• Manage workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with strategy and account teams to deliver cohesive work
• Maintain high creative standards across all outputs
• Contribute to broader creative direction and agency thinking
