About the Role
We are looking for a high‑level designer who can think conceptually, execute flawlessly, and confidently engage with clients. This is not a junior or execution‑only role.
Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and campaign work
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to final delivery
- Confident in client‑facing presentations and feedback sessions
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute briefs
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout
Software Requirements (Essential)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma (essential)
- Solid understanding of digital design workflows
Nice to Have (Advantageous)
- After Effects or motion design experience
- Web design experience (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly)
- Agency experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conceptualise design projects from ideation through to completion
- Work directly with clients to present and refine creative solutions
- Guide and mentor junior and mid‑level designers
- Manage workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with strategy and account teams to deliver cohesive work
- Maintain high creative standards across all outputs
- Contribute to broader creative direction and agency thinking
