Nava Consulting is looking for a UX-UI Designer in Geneva.
Responsibilities
The UX-UI Designer will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining the Design System, ensuring its consistency with existing and future products.
- Conducting compliance audits (accessibility, UX, graphic charter) and proposing improvements.
- Developing Figma components with product teams and facilitating their integration.
- Ensuring alignment between technical requirements, product objectives, and experience quality.
- Conducting accessibility and performance reviews, and integrating user feedback.
- Leading collaborative workshops (Design Thinking, co-creation) and training stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of UX/UI practices within the team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (HES, university) or federal diploma in design, IT, ergonomics, or related field.
- UX certifications (UX-PM, NN/g, Google UX, Google Analytics) recommended.
Key Skills (8+ years of experience)
Technical Skills:
- Excellent command of Figma.
- Experience in implementing Design Systems in a large organization.
- Mastery of digital accessibility standards (WCAG, RGAA), and compliance audits.
- Knowledge of Front-End technologies: HTML5, CSS3, ARIA, React, Vue3, Material Design.
- Ability to support developers and designers in using the Design System.
- Strong writing skills.
Transversal Skills:
- Co-design with technical and business teams.
- Leading UX workshops (Design Thinking, user journeys, personas).
- Prototyping and user testing.
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of user data.
- Clear and pedagogical communication with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with working in an agile environment.
Optional Skills (Assets):
- Mastery of UX contexts (CX, EX).
- Knowledge of the public sector and user experience management.
- Experience in a public organization.
Main Activities
- Design and maintain the design system, ensuring its continuous evolution and its adequacy with existing and future products.
- Conduct compliance audits with accessibility standards, graphic charter, user experience, and propose improvements.
- Develop and evolve Figma components, in close collaboration with product teams to ensure consistency and facilitate integration.
- Ensure the adequacy of designs with technical requirements and the objectives of other product teams, by facilitating communication and alignment of priorities.
- Conduct accessibility and performance reviews to ensure the quality of user interfaces.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to propose improvements to the user interface experience and performance.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of UX/UI processes and tools, integrating feedback from tests and experience into the design system.
- Contribute to the improvement of agile practices and UX/UI processes within the team, ensuring an iterative and user-centered approach.
- Lead collaborative workshops (design thinking, co-creation) and training sessions to involve stakeholders in the design process, exploring innovative solutions and aligning user and business needs.
