About the role

The role is twofold:

🔹 CRO Optimization → test, iterate, design interfaces that convert, even if they are not classically “beautiful”. 🔹 Design system redesign → structure, document, and rationalize a component system used across multiple sites and pages.

The position

Your missions

• Work hand in hand with the Front / CRO PM and the tech & content teams.
• Design and iterate on pages, LPs, conversion funnels, following precise guidelines.
• Apply guidelines without ego, but propose ideas when it’s your time to be creative.
• Redesign and maintain a complete and modular design system (multi-site, scalable).
• Create clean, readable, easy-to-implement assets (Figma, component concepts).
• Help set up A/B tests and read the results to improve versions.

Profile sought

Profile sought

• 4+ years of experience in product design / UX/UI on B2C digital products (E-commerce)
• Proven experience in CRO / A/B testing / landing pages / funnels.
• Have already built or redesigned a complex design system.
• Very comfortable with Figma, libraries, and components.
• Organized, rigorous, humble, and execution-oriented.
• Good understanding of product and conversion.
