About the role
Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Desktop Support Specialist in Gallatin, Tennessee.
This position is a 2-year W2 contract with benefits
Shift: Monday-Friday from 1pm to 9pm
In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and application issues, resolving technical requests, and delivering an exceptional employee support experience both onsite and remotely. The team is looking for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving problems while supporting a wide range of technologies and tools.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and application issues
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, or escalate technology issues across multiple support channels
- Deliver best-in-class customer service in person and virtually
- Support employees across corporate offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and remote environments
- Maintain high service quality standards and ensure strong customer satisfaction
- Learn and apply technical knowledge to solve problems efficiently while keeping stakeholders informed
