Developer, Analytics & AI Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust enterprise applications that impact business operations in Java (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and utilities to accelerate solution development across the team.
• Support end-to-end deliveries: from requirement understanding to release, including design, development, testing, documentation, and support.
• Leverage data available on Databricks and develop Python and SQL scripts for automation, prototyping, and data validation.
• Analyze and understand the business needs of different stakeholders in order to propose appropriate application and analytical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business teams, data analysts, and other developers to ensure the relevance and quality of the solutions delivered.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Java for the development of robust and maintainable backend services and APIs
• Possess a good command of Python and SQL for automation, prototyping and data validation
• Be proficient in Angular for the development of user interfaces and application components
• Be able to quickly understand business issues and translate them into concrete application solutions
• Have a good knowledge of software development practices (testing, Git versioning, CI/CD, documentation)
• Knowledge of Databricks and modern data architectures (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
• Be comfortable collaborating with a variety of profiles (business, IT, analysts) and popularizing technical concepts.
